In order to achieve effective weight loss, it is not necessary to go to a gym. Instead you can try some incredible exercises at home which can burn your body fat and strengthens your muscles i.e.
Pushups: - This exercise may train your chest, triceps, shoulders, abdominal back and glutes.
How to perform: - Assume the position: keep your legs straight, hands beneath your shoulders, support your core. Now keeping your body rigid, lower yourself until your chest touches the floor. Then push your body up until your arms are extended.
Bodyweight Squats: - This leg exercise strengthens your muscles and enables you to burn fat effectively. It will be beneficial for your leg muscles as well as upper body parts
How to perform: - stand straight; take your hands behind your head and chest out. Place elbows back. Now sit back at your hips and bend your knees to lower your body as much as possible. Squeeze your glutes and push your body back to the starting position
Pull-ups:- It strengthens your back and biceps while building endurance.
How to Perform: - Start from a full hang, Place your hands shoulder-width apart, palms facing away from you. Take your chin up over the bar and then lower your body back down.
Step-Ups:-Go up and down quickly and drive your knees up to burn maximum fat
How to Perform: - Keep one foot on a step and push down through your heel to lift your other leg up. Return to initial position and finish all reps with one leg before switching legs. Repeat the exercise.
Plank: - It stabilizes your whole body
How to Perform: - Take a pushups position with your elbows under your shoulders. Now place your shoulder blades back and down, your abs tight. Then hold for 30 seconds, pause and again repeat.
